• Propose new products & features, prepare PRD and work closely with engineers to deliver products under tight deadlines

• Own the whole life cycle of the product and work with Ops, Marketing & BD teams to ensure the success of the product.

• Research and stay ahead of new trends, and turn insights into actions

• Monitor product performance data and adjust strategies and product directions timely

• 5+ years of product management experience

• 2+ years of crypto/Defi experience

• Experience leading a team of product and UX designers

• Ability to work in a high-paced environment

• Ability to find a balance between quality and execution speed, and between long-term and short-term goals

• Strong communication and articulation skills; experience in working in a cross-cultural work environment.
